2. If the value of the product is damaged by the customer's use or partial consumption

3. If you apply for exchange/return due to simple change of mind/order mistake

4. if the value of the product has been significantly reduced by the customer's use, time, or partial consumption

5. if the color or image is different from the actual one due to the difference in monitor resolution, and the customer requests for a simple change of heart
